This vintage Napier pendant necklace is a masterpiece from the "Molten Gold Collection" designed by Eugene Bertolli in the 1970s. The gold plated pear-shaped pendant features a captivating molten gold texture, hanging gracefully from a textured crinkle chain. 

The "Molten Gold Collection" is mentioned in the Napier Co. book by Melinda Lewis where a cuff bracelet from the same collection is shown (page 459). The crinkle chain, used by Napier in this necklace, is also featured in the "Molten Lava Collection" (Page 457), similar to the "Molten Gold Collection" but with enamel accents. 

The cuff bracelet shown in the Napier Co. book is like this pendant necklace unsigned.
