Provencal fabrics combine since the 18^th century the tradition of the bright colored cotton fabrics coming from the Orient, “Indiennes” and Provencal motifs. Marat d’Avignon founded in 1948 is one of the best known artisan of the made in Provence. Tissus Toselli a family business based in Nice, has been making Provencal fabrics since1933. They became one company in 2013 and have been keeping the Provencal tradition and adding a modern touch to it.
