This treasured piece encases a sepia picture of a little boy behind a glass window, preserving a poignant memory from the past. Open it to reveal the picture protected by another round glass frame. The picture is not straight but is placed sideways in the locket so the person wearing it on a chain can easily take it in her hand and look at the little boy.  

 Though unsigned, this antique locket is in remarkable condition, showcasing the passage of time with elegance, despite minor gold loss on the top frame.
